GoHighLevel Pricing for HVAC: Plans, Usage Costs & Fit

The subscription price is only one part of the HVAC software budget. Messaging, calling, AI usage, integrations and the field-service system you may keep all affect the real cost.

Current base pricing

HighLevel’s public pricing page currently lists Starter at $97/month, Unlimited at $297/month and Agency Pro at $497/month, with annual billing options. Phone, email, AI and other usage-based services can add cost beyond the subscription.

Which plan should a single HVAC company evaluate first?

The Starter plan is the logical first comparison for a single HVAC business because HighLevel currently describes it as including core features, unlimited contacts/users and up to three sub-accounts. The higher plans are oriented more heavily toward agencies, multiple sub-accounts, API access, rebilling and SaaS features.

That does not mean Starter is automatically sufficient. If your integration architecture requires API access or you are operating multiple locations/sub-accounts in a way that exceeds the tier, the next plan may be necessary. Verify the live plan matrix before purchase.

PlanPublic monthly priceHVAC buying question
Starter$97/moCan a single HVAC company run the required CRM, workflows and communication setup without higher-tier integration needs?
Unlimited$297/moDo you need unlimited sub-accounts, basic API access or agency-oriented features?
Agency Pro$497/moAre you actually operating an agency/SaaS model? Most single HVAC companies should justify this tier carefully.

Do not forget usage costs

HighLevel’s billing documentation separates the platform subscription from wallet-funded services such as phone, email and certain AI or premium workflow usage. For an HVAC company using missed-call text back, two-way SMS, call tracking or AI communication, those usage charges are part of the real system cost.

Cost comparison should include the system you keep

If HighLevel complements Jobber, Housecall Pro or ServiceTitan rather than replacing it, the relevant budget is the combined stack—not just HighLevel’s subscription. In return, the business should be able to name the specific operational problem the additional system solves. “More automation” is not a sufficient business case by itself.
